KEBIJAKAN PENGEMBALIAN DANA<\/h3>\n \n

PASAL 1: KEBIJAKAN PELAKSANAAN DANA TETAP (NON-REFUNDABLE)<\/p>\n

1.1 Layanan Korporat & Retainer Jasa:<\/strong> Seluruh dana yang telah ditransfer oleh Klien untuk layanan data, riset, dan konsultasi bersifat final dan tidak dapat ditarik kembali (Non-Refundable<\/em>) dengan alasan pembatalan sepihak apa pun oleh Klien.<\/p>\n

1.2 Program Pelatihan Online:<\/strong> Dana pendaftaran program pelatihan daring yang telah dibayarkan bersifat final dan tidak dapat dikembalikan apabila akses materi, tautan (link<\/em>) kelas, atau modul pembelajaran telah dikirimkan ke email Pengguna.<\/p>\n

1.3 Voucher Dukungan Inovasi:<\/strong> Pembelian voucher inovasi bersifat final, hangus secara operasional, dan tidak dapat dibatalkan atau diuangkan kembali, karena dana yang masuk langsung dialokasikan untuk membiayai kebutuhan riset, alat, dan pengembangan para inventor di lapangan.<\/p>\n\n

PASAL 2: HUKUM YANG BERLAKU & YURISDIKSI MUTLAK<\/p>\n

2.1 Kebijakan ini diatur, ditafsirkan, dan tunduk sepenuhnya pada hukum material Republik Indonesia.<\/p>\n

2.2 Segala sengketa hukum yang timbul dari kebijakan pengembalian dana ini akan diselesaikan secara eksklusif melalui yurisdiksi mutlak di Pengadilan Negeri (PN) Kota Tangerang<\/strong>, Provinsi Banten, Indonesia.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n\n

REFUND POLICY<\/h3>\n \n

CLAUSE 1: NON-REFUNDABLE POLICY<\/p>\n

1.1 Corporate Services & Retainer Fees:<\/strong> All funds transferred by the Client for data, research, and consultation services are final and non-refundable for any midterm cancellations initiated by the Client.<\/p>\n

1.2 Online Training Programs:<\/strong> Registration fees paid for online training programs are final and non-refundable once the material access, class links, or learning modules have been dispatched to the User’s registered email.<\/p>\n

1.3 Innovation Support Vouchers:<\/strong> The purchase of innovation vouchers is final, operationally consumed, and cannot be canceled or refunded, as the proceeds are instantly allocated to finance the research equipment and development needs of the field inventors.<\/p>\n\n

CLAUSE 2: GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION<\/p>\n

2.1 This Policy shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.<\/p>\n

2.2 Any legal disputes arising from this refund policy shall be exclusively settled under the absolute jurisdiction of the District Court of Tangerang City (Pengadilan Negeri Kota Tangerang)<\/strong>, Banten Province, Indonesia.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n\n \n
